I led the strategy and partnership practice, advising clients on communications and sponsorship strategy and advising on the development and delivery of strategic partnerships for Crunch and our clients, Shell, Petronas and SEGA across their motorsport and brand partnerships. Leading partnership strategy and business development for Shell's Make the Future and Shell Eco-marathon programmes; working with a global team to develop B2B partnerships around low carbon and new emerging technologies solutions including; IoT, AI, autonomous vehicles, cloud, renewable energy and logistics . Developing technology and academic partnerships to support new low carbon autonomous vehicle category for the Shell Eco-marathon.

Led project work across the BP fuels and sponsorship business and leading the communications around their London 2012 sponsorship. I was tasked with growing our share of the project work in the lead up to London 2012 and building a new team to service the sponsorship business as it grew. As part of the London 2012 communications campaign for BP I planned and executed the launch of three future/mobility biofuels which were showcased to selected stakeholders and science and business media around the London 2012 Olympic Games. We supported BPs largest retail promotion during London 2012 – a limited edition of 12 Team GB Medallions for which our campaign gained widespread national coverage in the UK and Ireland. I managed the Tesco Corporate & Social Responsibility/Sponsorship (CSR) business developing B2B and B2C (business to consumer) campaigns including The FA Tesco Skills, The Tesco Great School Run, Tesco’s Race For Life and Together For Trees.

PR Consultant on GE Olympic Sponsorship Programme / February, 2011 — July, 2011
I was employed as a freelance consultant to advise on the corporate and B2B communications strategy surrounding General Electric’s (GE) Olympic Games sponsorship for London 2012. I provided strategic consultancy and planned GE’s London 2012 campaign around their Worldwide Olympic Partnership – focusing on their clean energy narrative https://youtu.be/LnvIPGI3kbE. I also consulted on GE’s sponsorship of the British Triathlon Federation in 2011.

I was the key client relationship manager for PUMA Global across Football, Athletics and CSR advising on strategy, partnerships and development of global PR and digital plans. Experience included, Sportingbet, Columbia clothing and Mars' sponsorship of the England Football team. Sportingbet - developed a communications programme to support sponsorship portfolio in football, cricket and rugby as well as devising and building platforms which amassed over 30,000 unique users which grew revenue by £120,000 for the first three months alone.

I led the Philips EMEA (Europe & Middle East) press office across all of their consumer electronics NPD, health and beauty products and worked across several global and UK projects for Philips including the UK launch of their range of intimate massagers and the global launch of their Cinema 21:9 TM TV range. Miller Genuine Draft - worked with global brand to develop a music activation campaign to position the brand as a thought leader in new music and in promoting fresh talent in music around the world.

I developed three pieces of business in the consumer division; O2’s England Rugby sponsorship, Carlsberg’s sponsorship of the UEFA European Championship and PC World (consumer & B2B). We pitched and won the PC World consumer and trade business in February 2008 which encompassed consumer and B2B communications briefs for PC World, Curry’s and DSGi Business. My role encompassed strategy, project management, providing the next ‘big’ idea through to the overall management of the press office.

I worked across both the Marketing Communications and Sports divisions leading two award-winning campaigns for Robinsons Wimbledon sponsorship as well as picking up an internal H&K award for best creative campaign for the Hardys’ Australian wine portfolio and the Government Apprenticeships launch. I helped to re-launched the Helly Hansen brand to the UK sports and specialist media in 2007 and launched Sport England’s Everyday Sport campaign in 2006 as well as pitching for and leading an award-winning global campaign for the ATP tennis tour and the Tennis Masters Cup in Shanghai.
