I am an expert in formulating specialty compounded plastics, operating a consultancy for just this purpose. I currently advise plastics compounders and formulators on which additives to use in their formulations, what percentages to use, and what to expect in performance. I have special expertise in flame retardants, antioxidants and stabilizers, UV and light stabilizers, and fillers and reinforcements. I understand completely the necessary properties important for all key market applications. I have over 40 years of experience in this field, having worked for industrial companies in this space.
