My name is Sanjanna Mathews and I have been an enthusiast of Organisational Psychology for over 4 years. As an active learner, I found my research interest and would love to establish myself in Learning and Development. Apart from that, I have an interest in creative/fiction writing, music and culinary. I aim to focus on the skills gap between university and corporate transition, Learning and Development for people to continue upskilling and maintain a form of wellbeing.
