With a $14M CAPEX launched the $34M iREV Rubbermaid Brilliance food container product line - Managed the purchasing and installation of new injection molding machines, tools, material dryers, assembly robots and required infrastructure - Created and maintained timelines, project dashboards, test and sample plans, and trial logs Drove part design in collaboration with brand, trade, industrial design, quality, and manufacturing teams - Evaluated product concepts for usability, fit, function, interferences, manufacturability, and packaging - Awarded multiple design and utility patents related to innovative product features Responsible for material selection, tool design, manufacturing plans, and overall process flow - Developed new material for dual injection molding utilizing Tritan, TPE, silicone, and PP, including regulatory approval for use in NA and EMEA - Executed several DOEs to identify processing limitations on prototype tools in Shenzhen, China
