She received her Masters degree in Spanish and English from a prestigious university in 2000, followed by a Master's degree in International Politics in 2001. In 2011, she completed her PhD in Education, solidifying her expertise in the field. Throughout her academic career, Dr. Heinz has dedicated herself to the study and improvement of education. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Heinz has also gained valuable practical experience in the field of education.
