I am a highly motivated researcher looking for opportunities related to chemicals of concern, such as PFAS, microplastics, and heavy metals in food packaging and food contact materials. I am skilled in various analytical methods, including LC-MS/MS, ICP-OES, and GC-MS/MS, to identify and quantify compounds of interest. Additionally, I have expertise in biopolymers derived from starch. With a solid academic background in food science and technology from my bachelor's through my Ph.D., I possess in-depth knowledge of the food industry and relevant regulations.
