**Dr. Michael D. Kaluya** Dr. Michael D. Kaluya the business department chair, and Professor of Economics at Tarrant County College, Northeast Campus, Hurst, TX, where he teaches macro and microeconomics. Hel also teaches economics, management, government and logistics at Dallas College. Dr. Kaluya attended Dallas Baptist University for his Bachelor of Business Administration & Economics (May 2001) and a Master of Business Administration in International Business & Economics (May 2004). He also attended the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned two additional masters: Master of Science in International Political Economy (Dec. 2008) & a Master of Arts in Political Science (May 2010). He holds a Ph.D. (2015) in Business Administration from Northcentral University, Prescott, Arizona USA. Furthermore, Dr Kaluya is an established consultant, working in areas of Economic development, public policy, public administration, and international business. Dr Kaluya is also the co-founder of the Foundation for Transformative Education & Community Engagement; an educational consortium that explores avenues for reexamining resource allocation modalities to ensure equity and quality in workforce development to meet national development imperatives. In addition, Dr Kaluya is a co-founder to IlaED.org where he adds expertise in development, economics, law, immigration, and education. Finally, Dr Kaluya he is the author of *“The Audacity to Change! Breaking the Berlin Wall in Africa, “*a captivating book on African underdevelopment.
