He has served as the Chief Criminologist at the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services, where he oversaw the development and implementation of statewide crime policies. He served as the Policy Chief at the same agency, where he played a key role in shaping criminal justice policies at the state level. In addition, Dr. Davis has worked as a researcher at the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services, conducting studies on various criminal justice programs and initiatives.
