About

Kevin Hellman earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998, followed by a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. He completed his postdoctoral training in the Department of Neurobiology, Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of Chicago. Dr. Hellman has held multiple research positions at the University of Chicago, progressing through roles as Research Associate (Assistant Professor), Assistant Professor (part-time), Research Associate Professor, and currently Research Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He also contributed as a Research Scientist and Co-founder of GyRL at Endeavor Health/NorthShore University HealthSystem in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
