About

Dr. Olivia Tremblay is an accomplished engineer and educator. She earned a M.A. in Engineering from MIT in 2014, and a Ph.D in Engineering from ETH Zurich in 2019. Dr. Tremblay is currently a professor of engineering at UC Berkeley, where she has been teaching since 2019. She has conducted research in the fields of robotics, engineering design, and systems engineering, and has collaborated with research teams around the world. Her research has been published in several prestigious journals and she has presented her work at numerous conferences. Dr. Tremblay is an active leader in the engineering community, having served on the board of directors for the Society of Robotics and Automation for the past three years. She is committed to educating the next generation of engineers and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world through her work.
