Dr. Leyla Møller is a Professor of Corporate Finance at Harvard Business School. She has a M.S. in Corporate Finance from Wharton School and a Ph.D. in Corporate Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management. She was previously a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Møller's research focuses on the valuation of corporate risk and the role of financial markets in corporate governance.
