Debbie Wire is a highly educated and experienced professional in the field of psychology and human resources. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Pre-Counseling from Ohio Christian University in 2020. During her time at OCU, Debbie excelled in her studies and developed a strong understanding of human behavior and mental health. After completing her undergraduate studies, Debbie went on to pursue her passion for helping individuals in the workplace by earning her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Applied Psychology from Liberty University in 2023. This program provided her with a deeper understanding of how psychology can be applied in various organizational settings to improve employee well-being and productivity. With her strong academic background, Debbie began her career as an HR Coordinator at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. In this role, she gained hands-on experience in recruitment, HRIS analysis, and learning and development. She also utilized her knowledge of psychology to create a positive and inclusive work culture for all employees. Debbie’s education and experience have equipped her with the skills and knowledge to effectively support individuals in various organizational settings. She is dedicated to using her expertise to promote mental health and well-being in the workplace and help individuals reach their full potential.
