Xel Research Media, India and "Top Researcher" by Foxclues Pvt Ltd, India. I have authored a management book based on the Banking Industry published by GRIN (Germany) which has been ranked as one of the best books on Banking by Books Authority (featured on CNN and Forbers Inc).
I have more than 17 years of experience in the fields of research, education, training, administration and operations. I have a PhD in Management and am currently working as a Senior Tutor in University of Waikato College, New Zealand (NZ). Previously, I have worked as an MBA Thesis Supervisor for Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom (through upGrad), Subject Matter Expert in Business Management for Te Pukenga - Open Polytechnic NZ, Programme Leader for UG Business course in Aspire2 International College (NZ), Customer Advocate at Trustpower NZ, Business Tutor in Stellaris PTE Ltd NZ and Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd, India. Several of my research papers have been published in leading SCOPUS and ABDC indexed International journals. I conduct Ph.D Thesis evaluations for some of the most reputable Indian Universities and am on the Advisory Boards of several International Journals and UWC programme committe. I am also a reviewer for few International Journals including Inderscience publishers (Switzerland). Apart from this professional work, I am an active volunteer with Community welfare organizations like UNICEF, Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, Student Pulse, Help Care Society and Rophe Foundation.
