Led development and commercialization of microencapsulated polyurea-based pesticides significantly improving environmental stability and controlled release. Engineered scalable oil-in-water emulsification processes for pesticide microcapsule production via interfacial polymerization. Executed process scale-up from laboratory bench to multi-kilogram production trials. Developed product specifications QC protocols and standardized test procedures for formulations.
