I am passionate about creating and delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and innovative solutions for the education and workforce sectors. With over 20 years of experience in educational measurement and research, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field, and a strong vision for the future of assessment and learning particularly in the application of AI. My core competencies include strategic planning, product development, innovation, psychometrics, applied research, equating, leadership, mentoring, public speaking, and presenting.
