Michael Hahn, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Human Physiology at the University of Oregon, where he also directs the Bowerman Sports Science Center. He earned his PhD in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon in 2003, following an MS in Exercise and Sport Science from Iowa State University (2000) and a BS in Biological Science from Colorado Mesa University (1996). Dr. Hahn's extensive experience includes faculty positions at Montana State University and visiting scholar appointments at the Universidad de Costa Rica and the University of Tsukuba. He has also held research positions at the Mayo Clinic, the VA R&D Center of Excellence for Limb Loss Prevention and Prosthetic Engineering, and the Institute of Translational Health Sciences at the University of Washington.
