As an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, I am driven and passionate about using my research experience to solve real world problems in an organizational setting. Throughout the course of my graduate career, I have worked on several projects in areas including selection and assessment, job analysis, scale development and validation, training and development, survey development and administration, and people analytics. With a well-rounded background in statistics, data analysis, psychometrics, and I/O psychology theories and principles, my goal is to enable employees and organizations increase productivity, employee engagement, and in making better selection and hiring decisions.
