Pooja Bhatia is a highly educated and experienced professional with a diverse background in the areas of law, science, and technology. She holds an MLS degree from The University of Arizona, an MBA from National Law Univ. Jodhpur India, and an MSc from University of Rajasthan India. With over 18 years of experience, Pooja has held various roles in the fields of consulting, innovation, technology transfer, and project management. She has worked as a Senior Consultant at Foresight Science & Technology Inc. and also founded her own company, Inoberry LLC USA. In addition, Pooja has served as a Chief Manager at the Innovation-Technology Transfer Office and as an Executive Consultant-IP at the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer. Licensed 22 patented and transferred 5 non patented technologies and assigned 12 patent applications to companies and start-ups valued USD 100000. Technology evaluation, preparation of technology briefs, marketing, valuation of technology, licensing, drafting of terms sheet, identification of target companies, interaction, negotiation and concluding deals. Vetted and negotiated MoUs, contracts and agreements (NDA, CDA, Research collaboration agreement, License agreement): 100. Managing IP Portfolio of Granted and pending applications of Patents, Trademarks, Copyright. Coordinating with inventors and outside legal Counsel for Domestic and International filings, prosecution and grant. Monitoring executed Agreements, Review of Contractual Obligations with respect to IP and Ensuring Compliances. Handled 2 phases (2nd & 3rd) of IP Program of the Pfizer-IIT Delhi Innovation and IP Program and evaluated 18 proposals.
