Responsible for facilitating and advising research projects to address the technical or business needs for multiple ADM business units. Coordinated experiments with multiple universities and USDA grants. Technical lead for dairy research program.

Held primary responsibility for design, execution, analysis, and summary of dairy research trials. Research projects spanned neonatal calf nutrition, heifer development, lactation trials, transition cow studies, duodenal flow experiments, and assay development. Developed and expanded in vitro digestion, gas production and bacterial growth facilities for technology screening, assessment of feed character, forage quality, and nutritional theory.
