About

I am a founder, inventor, and product designer with more than 15 years of experience creating innovative products for the specialty coffee industry. Throughout my career, I have focused on identifying unmet customer needs and transforming them into commercially successful products through industrial design, engineering, manufacturing, and brand development. As the founder of Saint Anthony Industries, I built an internationally recognized premium coffee tools brand whose products are used by leading cafés and coffee professionals around the world. I also co-founded BestCup, where I led the development of a patent-pending brewing platform that advances the quality of single-serve coffee while using commercially compostable materials. My work has been recognized with multiple Specialty Coffee Association Best New Product Awards, and products I have designed have been adopted by some of the world’s most respected coffee companies. I enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building businesses around innovative ideas, and bringing thoughtfully designed products from concept to market.

Founded Saint Anthony Industries, a premium design and manufacturing company specializing in handcrafted coffee tools for professional cafés and home baristas. Lead product strategy, industrial design, engineering, and brand development. Designed a portfolio of award-winning products recognized for innovation, craftsmanship, and performance. Saint Anthony tools are used by leading specialty coffee companies and cafés worldwide, including Blue Bottle Coffee and La Marzocco, and are distributed internationally through specialty retailers. Recipient of multiple Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Best New Product Awards, including an award-winning design collaboration with Acaia. Built the company into one of the specialty coffee industry’s most respected premium coffee tool brands, known for combining precision engineering with timeless American craftsmanship.

• Invented a patent-pending, compostable, Keurig-compatible coffee pod platform that delivers specialty café-quality coffee. • Lead product design, engineering, manufacturing, and commercialization from concept to production. • Successfully launched the platform. • Received positive technical evaluations from Nestlé Coffee Partners and Cup of Excellence judges for brewing performance and cup quality. • Established partnerships with leading specialty coffee roasters and positioned the technology for commercial licensing.
