After completing his degree, Jay started in the broadcast industry and over 19 years worked for companies like ABC/ Disney, iHeartMedia and Cox Enterprises. Jay joined Google, Inc. as a Large Customer Sales Manager. In this role, he was responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales strategies for Google's largest clients. Under his leadership, the company saw significant growth in revenue and customer satisfaction. Jay's success at Google led him to be promoted to Managing Director of Large Customer Sales to focus on Tech and Home Services customers. In this position, he oversaw all aspects of sales and customer relationships for the company's largest accounts. He was instrumental in developing new sales strategies and expanding the company's customer base and founded the America's International Growth team helping US based clients find new customers abroad. In addition to his experience at Google, Jay is a certified leadership coach and has started his own firm, JayBird Unlimited, where he helps leaders get what they want with a direct and energetic approach. He has a proven track record of achieving results and driving business growth through his strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
