About

I am an educator, environmental scientist, and outdoorsman with 25+ years of experience that includes managing teachers and high school students in a signature program at a private co-educational boarding school in California. I am interested in making a transition in my career to work with others towards developing solutions to climate change and the decline of biodiversity as well as helping to move the needle towards a more sustainable future for all. I have extensive experience in project management and delivery, building others’ understanding of the complexities and nuances endemic to the study of our environment and the realities that threaten it. I am an astute scientific thinker, researcher, educator, problem solver, effective writer, and a clear communicator. I would like to leverage these skills to make a difference and contribute to scientific research.
