About

Dr. Arad Heydari is an electrical engineering professor and the Department Chair at Georgia Institute of Technology. He earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2012, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2020. He has years of experience teaching and researching in the field of electrical engineering. He has several patents in the field of power electronics and is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He is passionate about creating a more sustainable future and is always looking for new ways to use technology to improve the world.
