About

I’m a sports performance coach, entrepreneur, and speed development specialist focused on helping athletes become faster, healthier, and more prepared for the demands of their sport. Through Spellman Performance, Universal Speed Rating, and the Speed Labs network, I’ve worked with athletes across the NFL, NCAA, international soccer, rugby, Olympic sport, and youth development. My work centers on translating complex performance data into clear, practical training decisions that coaches and athletes can use every day. I have helped prepare more than 100 NFL Combine athletes, including over 50 draft picks and numerous first-round selections. I have also supported performance projects with professional athletes, national teams, universities, agencies, and global sports organizations. My goal is not simply to make athletes faster in a testing environment. It is to build speed that transfers to competition, survives the demands of the season, and supports long-term health and performance. Speed is not just a quality we train. It is a system we build.
