Leading Growth Engine innovation agency for the past 27 years, I and my team have continually invented new team ideation processes (patent prompts, triggered brainwalking, billboarding concept development, etc.) as well as created/invented new innovation processes and services for our clients including Trade Link (joint ideations sessions between our client and retailers), disruptive war gaming, R3 (rapid response rotation.... a new qualitative research methodology), strategic continuums, etc. on behalf of our Fortune 500 clients. Also, we are strong believers in qualitative research... which has enabled us to achieve 70% success rates in new products for our packaged goods clients. Our work has led to literally billions of dollars of incremental revenue for these clients. Finally, we have pioneered inventing, using and customizing a wide variety of ideation and innovation methodologies for very different client challenges: strategy, sales, cost cutting, logistics, etc. Currently we are teaching these methodologies and how to "supercharge" them with AI stimuli to executive Education programs at TCU and Caltech.
