About

I am a global researcher and educator, with exposure to teaching in the UK, and the US, which has allowed me to understand different ways of thinking, being and doing. I am passionate about people self-actualising—be it through my instruction, or research. I am adaptable--quick with understanding people and situations and what is needed for said situations. This makes me especially adept for research methodology and creating theoretical frameworks. Additionally, being a professor also has afforded me the ability to collaborate, communicate efficiently and effectively with colleagues and my students, as well as know how to work with individuals and groups. With over 10 years of teaching and research experience, I am a natural leader who can delegate and advise, but I am also skilled at building partnerships and creative problem-solving.
