Vasos Vanezi is Co-Founder and CEO of Mildtech UK Ltd, where he leads the development and commercialisation of patented solid-state microwave and vacuum processing technology for natural ingredients, food, biological materials and a range of industrial applications. His work focuses on turning microwave-vacuum processing from laboratory and pilot trials into practical commercial systems, with particular emphasis on low-temperature drying, thermal processing, product quality, process control and scale-up. He works closely with customers, research organisations and industry partners to assess new applications, design trials, interpret processing results and develop routes toward commercial deployment. Through Mildtech, Vasos has been involved in projects across food, ingredients, biomass and advanced materials, with a strong focus on applications where precise control of microwave power, frequency, vacuum and temperature can offer advantages over conventional thermal processing.
