Owned cradle-to-gate sourcing and supplier qualification for polymer components supporting multiple automotive plants; partnered with Engineering and QC on incoming-quality audits and PPAP sign-off for new programs. Piloted 10+ new part programs from mold design and sample batches through PPAP approval and start-of-production; ensured documentation readiness and cross-functional alignment through launch.
