About

Brandon's passion for psychology and business management led him to pursue a career in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He completed his Bachelors in Experimental Psychology from Central Methodist University and then went on to obtain a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Masters in Business Management from Touro University. In 2026, completing his PsyD in IO Psychology from the same university. During his time in school, he has gained practical experience through various research projects. While completing his education, Brandon has worked as a Program Director, and Analyst. In these roles, he utilized his knowledge of IO Psychology to improve the organization's overall functioning and effectiveness. Dedicated to using his education and experience to help organizations create a positive work environment and maximize employee potential. He is a strong advocate for using evidence-based practices and data-driven decision making to improve organizational outcomes.
