He has also served as Director at the University of California San Diego, Associate Provost at Chaminade University of Honolulu, College Director at Higher Colleges of Technology, Assistant Provost at the University of the Pacific, and Director and Assistant Professor at the University of North Florida. Hargis is a dedicated educator and is passionate about promoting student success and academic excellence. He is also experienced in managing international partnerships and promoting cross-cultural understanding in higher education.
