Dr. Benjamin Thomas is a highly educated and experienced professional in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Dr. Thomas has served as an applied researcher and consultant--collaborating with leaders and practitioners from small businesses up to Fortune Top-10 companies--and a skilled teacher and coach--from small groups in workshops to large classrooms across semesters. He has led cross-disciplinary research groups to 8 peer-reviewed publications (13 total) and provided meaningful research insights in areas of consumer and employee sentiments on more than 20 research projects.
