About

Jason Morgan is a highly experienced and knowledgeable scientist in the field of physical chemistry. He received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2000, where he focused on the study of surface and interface properties of materials. After completing his degree, he joined Eastman Kodak as a Materials Development Scientist, where he worked on developing new materials for various applications, including imaging and printing. He then moved on to become a Senior Product Development Scientist at Appvion, where he was responsible for developing and optimizing paper coatings for a variety of commercial and industrial uses. In 2016, Jason became the Product Development Director at Georgia Pacific LLC, where he oversaw the development of new products and processes for the company's paper and packaging divisions. During his time at Georgia Pacific, he also led a team of scientists and engineers in developing a new, sustainable paper product that received multiple industry awards. With over 20 years of experience in materials and product development, Jason has a deep understanding of the complexities of physical chemistry and its applications in various industries. He is known for his innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful new product launches. Jason is also a published author and has presented his research at numerous conferences and symposiums. In his free time, Jason enjoys hiking, photography, and spending time with his family. He is also an avid reader and enjoys keeping up with the latest advancements in science, chemistry and related fields. He is passionate about using his knowledge and expertise to contribute to the advancement of science and technology.
