Eileen Young is a highly educated and experienced professional with a strong background in emergency management, disaster research, and data analysis. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Disaster Science and Emergency Management from the University of Delaware. Eileen has worked in various roles throughout her career, including as a Technical Analyst III at RAND and a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Assistant at the University of Delaware. In her free time she is active in her local community, with a specific interest in promoting biodiversity and climate resilience through native plant gardening.
