Jacob Martin is an industrial-organizational psychologist specializing in talent advisory at the senior executive level. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with clients of high-performing organizations in executive assessment, leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, and engagements related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Jacob has advised on numerous executive talent management projects across a variety of industries including healthcare, utilities, leisure & hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, and professional services. He also brings a depth of experience assessing C-suite and other senior executives among distinguished Fortune 500 clients. Jacob graduated from Wake Forest University, majoring in Psychology and Sociology with Honors. He received his Masters and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and serves as an adjunct professor at UGA's Terry College of Business and the University of Illinois at Chicago's MBA program. Jacob serves as a mentor in the Diversifying I-O Psychology program. Based in Atlanta, GA, he is a graduate of the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2022 and volunteers his time toward ongoing LEAD Atlanta programming, Hands on Atlanta, and Citizen Advocacy of Atlanta and Dekalb.
