Worked with manufacturing team to develop scale-up process and worked with customer base to evaluate new technology. Enabled product commercialization. Initiated root cause analysis and evaluated manufacturing process and raw material stream, identifying trace impurity in key raw material as source of color issue; established new specification on incoming raw material which eliminated product variability for certain batches of commercial product.
