About

I am a seasoned researcher with experience across many research domains. My PhD training was in the area of behavioral neuroscience; my focus was on the role of the cholinergic system in attention. My later work brought me to applied business settings where I conducted qualitative user experience research in support of development of digital products at Amazon, Walmart, and Cox Automotive. I've conducted user research on a wide variety of digital services, including tools focused on cloud computing; diversity, equity, and inclusion; talent management; e-commerce; and digital advertising, among others. Most recently, I've been conducting institutional research within higher education in support of federally-mandated reporting, grant reporting, analysis of student outcomes, and strategic planning. I am equally adept and confident at quantitative and qualitative analysis, and I can expertly weave these data sources together to tell a story. More recently, I've been learning how to automate some of the quantitative work I do, and have invested time in learning Python and Power BI.
