About

Dr. Matt Sloan is an accomplished Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with a strong background in human capital consulting and research. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron in 2020, where he also obtained his M.A. in 2014 and B.A. in 2012. During his time in graduate school, he focused on developing expertise in data analysis, assessment design, and organizational development. Dr. Sloan has been a Human Capital Consultant at PDRI and a Lead Scientist at Modern Hire. In these roles, he has worked with a variety of clients across different industries, helping them to optimize their talent management strategies and improve overall organizational effectiveness. He is also a published author and has presented his research at numerous conferences. With a passion for understanding and improving the workplace, Dr. Sloan is dedicated to using his knowledge and skills to help organizations and individuals thrive.
