About

An **international** **senior Supply Chain leader** with more than 20 years managing multi sites operations with a well-established track record of continuous improvement, profitable growth and delivering excellent business results.   I worked 25 years in Brambles, the giant Logistics Packaging Pooler worldwide. Last 20 years with executive responsibilities.   From 2017 I was in charge of Global procurement for Raw Materials, Pallets and Containers. As **Head of Procurement**, I designed and executed the long-term circular sourcing strategies globally for Brambles and transformed the Direct & Indirect Supply. Previously, as **Head of Operations in Europe** (based in France 4Yrs and UK 3Yrs), I led a multi- sites network culture-change to continuously improve performance; by engaging teams to lead Six Sigma projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to deliver substantial quantified savings; by empowering focused & diverse teams to deliver quality in a highly pressurized, challenging and unionized working environment. Main achievements included significantly improving performance by: Reducing direct labor cost, improving quality performance and reducing drastically Lost Time Incidents in the industrial network. All the above shaped my experience to consult packaging companies on technologies for Transport Packaging solutions in the Supply Chain.   Personal values: Circular Supply Chain Management, Results Driven, Leading Transformation, Customer Relationship Management, Building High Performing & Diverse Teams, Driving Lean into every day’s life and Cross-Cultural Management.
