Chrysta Wilson is the Founder and CEO of Wilson and Associates Coaching and Consulting, serving as a culture strategist, executive coach, and equity-centered advisor. She partners with leaders across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors to create inclusive, people-first workplaces where care and performance thrive together. Chrysta guides strategy, facilitates coaching and retreats, and integrates her proprietary frameworks—the Recipe for Transformation™, S.C.A.L.E.™ Conflict Resiliency Formula, and P.I.V.O.T.™ Leadership Approach. She advises executives and boards with data-driven insights and storytelling, while sharing thought leadership through writing, speaking, and teaching. Her work reflects “strategy with soul,” helping leaders heal rifts and grow cultures where people and organizations flourish.

Programs Coordinator / June, 2000 — August, 2002

Chrysta provided program coordination support to advance the organization’s mission of empowering young women. She trained and supported mentors, designed and delivered curriculum, and partnered with the Executive Director and Board to strengthen organizational capacity. Her role also included supporting donor development and fundraising efforts, as well as contributing to program evaluation and impact assessment. Through this work, Chrysta helped ensure WYSE’s programs were well-designed, well-supported, and sustainable for the young women they served.
