I am a Senior Scientist with 14 years of experience in immunology, and molecular biology. My expertise focuses on T cell engineering, developing CAR- and TCR-engineered T cells for cancer therapy, TCR verification assays, CRISPR gene editing, tumor models, and gamma delta T cells.

Evaluating the immunogenicity and prophylactic/therapeutic efficacy of Lm vaccines in mice orthotopic colorectal cancer models. First author publication in review. • Project 2: Worked on how mitochondrial dynamics and ER stress regulating tumor antigen presentation and immunogenicity in solid tumors using pre-clinical models with a small molecule inhibitor.
