Senior IEEE Member 2023, received her BSc. (with honor), M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in the electrical engineering field from the faculty of engineering at Ain Shams University in 2002, 2008, and 2013, respectively. In 2002, she joined the electronics and communications engineering department, Ain Shams University as a teaching assistant; in 2008, she became a teaching associate; in 2014, she was promoted to assistant professor; and since 2019, she works as an associate professor in the same department. Her current research interests include, but are not limited to, signal processing and wireless communication systems. She has participated in many research projects and has many conference and journal publications in these areas. She has been an organizing committee member at several scientific conferences, e.g., MMS’03, NRSC’07, and ESOLE since 2009. She has also been an executive office member of the ESOLE journal since April 2014.

Doaa Wafik is a highly educated and experienced economist with a strong background in finance and accounting. She received her Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from Ain Shams University in 2006 and her Master's degree in Economics from the same university in 2001. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, which she earned in 1994. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Doaa has established herself as an expert in economics and finance. She currently serves as an Associate Professor of Economics and the Head of the Quality Assurance Unit at Newgiza University. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the academic quality and standards of the university's programs and courses. Doaa's extensive knowledge and expertise in economics and finance have made her a sought-after consultant and speaker. She has participated in numerous conferences and workshops, both nationally and internationally, and has published several research papers in reputable academic journals. Her dedication to her field and commitment to academic excellence make Doaa a valuable asset in any organization. She continues to contribute to the advancement of economics and finance through her teaching, research, and consulting activities.

As a development geoscientist at Khalda Petroleum, I apply my geoscience expertise to optimize reservoir performance and enhance oil recovery for one of the leading oil and gas operators in Egypt. I have over 16 years of experience in the industry, with a Ph.D. in Geophysics and a Master's Degree in Structural Geology and Tectonics from reputable Egyptian universities. <br> My core competencies include well logging interpretation, well correlation, reservoir modeling, seismic interpretation, and pore pressure prediction. I use advanced software tools such as IP, Petrel, Decision Space, ARCGIS, ERDAS Imagine, PCI Geomatica, and Open Works for subsurface and surface geological applications and data management. In addition, I share my knowledge and passion for geoscience as a part-time lecturer of structural and stratigraphic seismic interpretation courses at several Egyptian universities. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods to improve my skills and deliver value to my company and the industry.

Mai is a biomedical scientist with +15 years of expertise in in biochemistry, molecular biology & immunology. She has 4 years of experience in biomarker discovery for neurodegenerative diseases and immunoassay design, development and validation. She has strong leadership skills with project/team management expertise. My endeavor goal is to employ my skills/expertise with cross-functional team to move from basic research to translational research in drug discovery & development. Skills: \- Designing & troubleshooting research methodology and executing protocols to achieve the projects’ objectives\. \- Developing corrective and preventive plans and generating and executing the changes\. \- Excellent writing skills with an ability to design scientific protocols as evidenced by securing funds by the Michael J\. Fox Foundation and Partner Therapeutics for Parkinson’s disease research\. \- Excellent presentation skills as demonstrated by participating as a speaker in different scientific meetings/conferences\.
