About
As an organizational culture and behavior expert, I have extensive applied, practitioner experience in diagnosing challenges impacting the human side of organizations-including talent management, employee engagement, organizational readiness, cultural/change transitions, communication, leadership development, training development/design, and project management. I use a fit/gap methodology, predictive human analytics, and other tools to diagnose employee behaviors/job fit, job characteristics, and leader and cultural expectations/ accountability. The diagnostics leverage an organization's ‘big data’ and culminates into targeted/customized solutions that deliver a return on the client's expectations. I belong to both the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologist (SIOP) Association. I adhere to the ethics and standards outlined by these organizations. These expectations also inform my writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities. The most interesting part of my work is that I have a diverse list of clients from a variety of industries who are all trying to get a handle on one thing-the human side of their organizations. In addition to my consulting practice, I enjoy teaching and sharing my work experiences with my students , who are participating in their own learning journeys-as they seek to attain their higher education degrees at Grand Canyon University and Purdue Global.
