**Dr. Michael D. Kaluya** Dr. Michael D. Kaluya the business department chair, and Professor of Economics at Tarrant County College, Northeast Campus, Hurst, TX, where he teaches macro and microeconomics. Hel also teaches economics, management, government and logistics at Dallas College. Dr. Kaluya attended Dallas Baptist University for his Bachelor of Business Administration & Economics (May 2001) and a Master of Business Administration in International Business & Economics (May 2004). He also attended the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned two additional masters: Master of Science in International Political Economy (Dec. 2008) & a Master of Arts in Political Science (May 2010). He holds a Ph.D. (2015) in Business Administration from Northcentral University, Prescott, Arizona USA. Furthermore, Dr Kaluya is an established consultant, working in areas of Economic development, public policy, public administration, and international business.
