Dr. Robin Shedrick has always had a passion for education and helping others reach their full potential. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and went on to pursue a career in education. She worked as a special education interventionist and instructional designer before obtaining her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ottawa University. She then continued her education and received her Ph.D. in Psychology, with a focus on integrating technology and differentiated learning, from Grand Canyon University in 2024. Throughout her career, Dr. Shedrick has gained extensive experience in working with diverse learners and using technology to enhance their learning experience. As a learning specialist at Sonoran University, she helps doctoral students with diverse learning styles succeed in their academic pursuits. She has also worked as a curriculum developer and learning diagnostician at Next Steps Learning Center, where she created individualized learning plans for students with learning differences. Dr. Shedrick's expertise in integrating technology and differentiated learning has also led her to work as an instructional designer and special education interventionist at an education consulting firm. She has developed innovative teaching strategies and materials to meet the unique needs of each student. In addition, Dr. Shedrick has a strong background in research and statistical analysis. She has served as a research assistant and statistician at Chandler-Gilbert Community College and Analytix Research Group, LLC. Her research has focused on the effectiveness of technology in education and differentiated learning methods. Dr. Shedrick is excited to continue her work in the field of education and contribute to the development of effective and inclusive teaching practices. She is dedicated to helping K-20 students reach their full potential and become lifelong learners.
