Evaluating the immunogenicity and prophylactic/therapeutic efficacy of Lm vaccines in mice orthotopic colorectal cancer models. First author publication in review. • Project 2: Worked on how mitochondrial dynamics and ER stress regulating tumor antigen presentation and immunogenicity in solid tumors using pre-clinical models with a small molecule inhibitor. Published first author paper on Nature Communications (IF=16.6). PMCID: PMC9259736 • Project 3: Worked on combination of B7-H3 CAR-T therapy and epigenetic therapy to boost the anti-tumor efficacy. Published first author paper on Clinical Cancer Research (IF=13.8). PMCID: PMC8722110 • Project 4: Studying how retinoic acid signaling during T cell priming regulates intestinal CD103+ CD8 TRM cell formation. Published paper on Journal of Experimental Medicine (IF=17.6).
