Ridwan Taiwo is a highly accomplished civil engineer with a strong academic background and a passion for the built environment. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Infrastructure Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he also serves as a teaching assistant. Prior to his doctoral studies, Ridwan earned an MEng in Civil Infrastructure Management and Maintenance from the University of Cape Town and a BEng in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure. Alongside his academic pursuits, Ridwan has gained valuable practical experience through internships and part-time positions. He worked as an assistant site engineer at Webster Global Ventures Limited and as a construction supervisor at Slava Yeditepe Projects Limited. Additionally, he volunteered as a research associate at Afrikan Research Initiative in South Africa, further expanding his research skills and knowledge. Ridwan's expertise and dedication to his field are evident in his prolific scientific writing. He has authored more than 20 journal articles published in top-tier journals, showcasing his ability to conduct rigorous research and contribute to the advancement of engineering knowledge. With his extensive educational background, diverse practical experience, and strong research skills, Ridwan is well-positioned to make significant contributions to the field of engineering and positively impact the construction and infrastructure industry. His passion for the built environment, combined with his technical knowledge and leadership abilities, make him a valuable asset to any organization in the engineering sector.

Dr. Abiodun (Abbey) Alao holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and is a dedicated researcher and teaching fellow with a strong academic background. Her passion for research is evident, and she currently serves as a research associate at the University of Johannesburg. Throughout her career, Abiodun has actively mentored and supervised projects spanning diverse fields such as Management Information Systems, Information and Communication Technology for Development, Sustainable ICT, Development Communication, Innovative Management, Health Informatics, Information Learning, and Work Integrated Learning (WIL). She has made significant contributions to academia through her publications, which include journals, chapters, and conference papers. Her approach is characterized by a multidisciplinary investigative perspective, with a focus on Information Communication Technology (ICT) as a catalyst for information and knowledge management. Her work addresses various social implications of ICT, and organization development with a particular emphasis on their impact on the well-being of individuals and society as a whole.

Trevor is a budding Biological Science Researcher with a keen interest in Data Analytics and a strong desire to use his skills to promote health. He has experience in Clinical Research spanning laboratory affairs, regulatory affairs and scientific communication. In addition, he has Biological Research data analysis experience with R programing and other tools. Trevor envisions a career in Research or Teaching that combines both Biology and Data Analytics in health.

With over 10 years of experience in Product and Industrial Design and advanced qualifications in Materials (MSc) and Industrial Engineering (PhD), I bring a specialised focus on Materials Engineering. My expertise spans multi-material Additive Manufacturing, collaborating across academia and industry to advance applications in aerospace, biomedical, and automotive fields. I bring a strong focus on the structure-process-property relationship, optimizing material selection for sustainable, commercially viable solutions. As a Research Lead on industry-academic projects, I contribute to innovative, resilient materials solutions that bridge product design and engineering.
