I am a Scientist specializing in phenotypic assay development and screening. We have several high content screening platforms and a range of liquid handlers, all automated for 96 & 384-well plates. We carry out feasibility studies, assay development and automated Drug screening. I am consulting hundreds of researchers from Broad Institute and other Harvard and MIT affiliates, training and helping them with imaging and image analysis. xperience & Capabilities cover: <br> \- High content imaging CRISPR screens \(gene silencing & gene editing\)\. \- High Content Imaging as an Early Drug Discovery Tool \(Small molecule Library screens\)\. \- Live cultures\, including live co\-cultures\. \- Neuronal assays\, including neuronal co\-cultures\, chemotaxis\, and neurotoxicity assays\. \- iPSC \-derived assays including differentiation and regeneration\. \- 3D cultures\, like Neurospheres\. \- Any multiplexed mechanism of action studies\, including co\-localization\, internalization\, morphology changes\. Software Capabilities: Harmony High-Content Imaging and Analysis Software, CellProfiler and CellProfiler Analyst, Spotfire, StratoMineR. Data management: AWS Cloud platform.
