Francisco Santibanez is a highly
educated and experienced physicist
with a Ph.D. from Universidad de
Santiago de Chile. He obtained his
degree in 2010. After completing his
Ph.D., Dr. Santibanez joined
Pontificia Universidad Catolica de
Valparaiso as an Associate Professor.
