He has also worked as a College Lecturer at City College of Lucena and as a Research Engineer at PHINMA Group. Ronaldo's expertise lies in the areas of fuel cell and hydrogen technologies, as well as energy engineering and chemical engineering. He is a dedicated and passionate professional who continuously strives to expand his knowledge and share his expertise with others.

Dr. Ronaldo P. Parreno Jr. is a highly educated and experienced chemical engineer, with a specialization in fuel cell and hydrogen technologies. He obtained his PhD in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University in 2020, after completing his MS in Energy Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Diliman in 2006 and his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in 1996. Dr. Parreno has a strong passion for research and has been involved in various research projects throughout his career. He has also published several papers in reputable journals and has presented his research in international conferences. Currently, he serves as a Senior Science Research Specialist at the Industrial Technology Development Institute, a government research institute in the Philippines. Prior to this, he has held various positions in the government and private sector, including Science Research Specialist II at the Department of Energy and Research Engineer at PHINMA Group. Aside from his research work, Dr. Parreno also has experience in teaching, having served as a college lecturer at City College of Lucena. He is also a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, further highlighting his expertise in the field of chemical engineering. In 2022, Dr. Parreno furthered his knowledge by completing online CPD courses on fuel cell and hydrogen technologies in the Centre for Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Research at the University of Birmingham. With his extensive education and experience, Dr. Parreno is a highly respected and sought-after expert in the field of chemical engineering, material science and energy.

Chad Patrick Osorio is an international academic and lawyer-economist, advocating for human and environmental rights. Chad is a PhD candidate at [Wageningen University and Research](https://www.wur.nl/en/persons/chad-cp-chad-osorio.htm), the Netherlands, for Environmental Economics and Law. As a full scholar of the French government, Chad received his Master II Business, Law & Economics at the top of his class, *mention très bien*, at L’Université d'Aix-Marseille, France. He also holds a Juris Doctor and a BA Psychology degree, *cum laude*, from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Chad is Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, teaching Introduction to Economics, Intermediate Environmental Economics, Microeconomic Theory, and Economic Analysis of Law and Regulation. At the same time, he is Adjunct Assistant Professor at the School of Environmental Science and Management at UPLB. Chad also teaches Criminal Psychology and Legal Terminology for Careerline Courses, with students from Asia, Australia, Europe and the US. He was former Professorial Lecturer for Public International Law at the UNO-R School of Law, and is current Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the Law Group, Wageningen University and Research.  Prior to his admission as a member of the Philippine Bar, he has worked as a United Nations Legal Intern in Cambodia with the Virtual Tribunal, under its international public affairs division. He spent three years as Research Associate at UP Law Center's Institute of International Legal Studies.
