Dr. Madhu S. Gupta is presently both an Emeritus Adjunct Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering at University of California, San Diego and Emeritus RF Communications Systems Industry Chair Professor at San Diego State University.  He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and has since worked both in industry at Hughes Aircraft Company, and in academia at MIT, University of Illinois, and Florida State University before arriving in San Diego.  Dr. Gupta is an IEEE Fellow; a past President of the IEEE Microwave Theory & Techniques Society; has served as the Editor of *IEEE Microwave and Guided Wave Letters* and *IEEE Microwave Magazine* and of three IEEE Press books; has been a conference organizer and Chair of Technical Program Committee of IMS2010; has received the 2008 Distinguished Microwave Educator Award from IEEE Microwave Theory & Techniques Society; and has served as a Distinguished Microwave Lecturer for that Society.  Dr. Gupta's technical expertise spans the following areas: (1) Microwave and radio frequency ("RF") electronics and integrated circuits (2) Radio Frequency wireless communication systems (3) Low-noise electronic devices, circuits, and communication receivers (4) Engineering education, esp. instructional methods and learning assessment (5) Random processes, stochastic signals, and probabilistic modeling

Dr. Grandner is a licensed Clinical Psychologist certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Director of the Sleep and Health Research Program, and Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Psychology, Medicine, Nutritional Sciences, and Clinical Translational Science at the University of Arizona. His clinical work focuses on non-medication treatments for sleep disorders. His research examines the relationship between sleep and obesity, diabetes, heart disease, daytime functioning, and longevity. His work has received awards from the Sleep Research Society, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Heart Association, and other organizations. He is author or co-author on over 300 academic publications. He has served on grant review panels for the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health, both the mental health and sleep and wellness task force for the NCAA, and the mental health consensus committee for the International Olympic Committee. He is a frequent consultant and speaker on the issue of sleep health and  has been invited multiple times to the US Congress to discuss the role of sleep in health and functioning. **Vuk Uskoković, PhD, MSc, MS, BSc, is a Serbian-Slovenian-American scientist, educator and multimedia artist, currently a lecturer in engineering at San Diego State University, a visiting professor at University of Montenegro and the Cofounder and Chief Scientific Officer at TardigradeNano LLC, a zero-profit biotech startup, think tank and educational and social advocacy powerhouse, all under one hat, located in Irvine, California. Dr. Uskoković holds degrees in physical chemistry (BSc & MS), materials science and engineering (MSc), and nanoscience and nanotechnologies (PhD), and has completed postdoctoral trainings in colloid chemistry, fine particle synthesis, biomimetics, tissue engineering and controlled drug delivery.
